The hoisting of the flag on 15th August, ignited the spark of patriotism in the students. With a lot of enthusiasm and zeal, the students participated in a variety of cultural activities. They celebrated ‘Independence Day’ by remembering the freedom fighters and their sacrifices made to free India, from the clutches of the British. Dressed up as freedom fighters, they rendered popular slogans, sang patriotic songs and danced expressing their love for the country.
