Gitanjali Devakul in collaboration with Thalassemia & Sickle Cell Society organized a commendable Blood Donation Camp on 6th July 2024 aimed at promoting idealistic values and community service among its staff, Parents and students. The camp was inaugurated by Mr. K. Narayana Murthy, Community President of Sri Krishna Nagar Cultural Association. The event received overwhelming support from the parents and other members.
The primary objective of the camp was to contribute to the noble cause of saving lives through voluntary blood donations. Parents, students and staff actively participated, demonstrating their commitment to helping those in need. Donors were provided with refreshments and a certificate as a token of gratitude for their selfless contribution.
The Blood Donation Camp at school was a resounding success, showcasing the spirit of altruism and compassion among parents, students and staff. It underscored the school's commitment to instil values of social responsibility and healthcare awareness.
