‘Sahaja Yoga Daily Meditation’

Sahaja Yoga Daily Meditation’ was demonstrated for the students of Gitanjali Devakul from Classes 7 to 10. The importance of ‘Sahaja Yoga’ in everyday life, and the innate spiritual potential within every individual were discussed.

Students were made aware of the fact that daily yoga and meditation practice with empower them with lifelong skills to manage stress, enhance focus, and cultivate inner peace.
