SHOULD SCHOOLS BE BANNED? BECAUSE GOOGLE IS PROVIDING EVERYTHING

1. It's true that Google provides us with all the information we need, but it doesn't teach and it numbs our thinking and slows down our problem-solving ability. School, on the other hand, teaches us how to make practical use of the information provided, and therefore it cannot be banned.

2. Schools provide a structured environment for learning. It provides access to more information, offer opportunities for social interaction, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and practical application of knowledge. Schools lend ear to students’ doubts, emotional feelings and moral support. A touch of love and human is experienced only in schools. Google on the other hand gives only information which may or may not be true. It lacks all qualities of human feelings and emotions which is the most essential for a human beings’ survival.

3. Google is the best source for any kind of information. It makes people lazy, kills thinking and creative skills and provides restricted knowledge. Google makes one to confine within four walls. But schooling provides wide range of knowledge and application through one to one interaction and activities. Doubts can be cleared, feelings can be shared, can have good fun time with friends and teachers. Sports and games, celebrations and competitions develop competitive spirit and team spirit among students. Google lacks all these holistic development of a child so schools should not be banned.
