Stress and tension have become everyday factors, especially for children, affecting their mental health. To make students aware of how to stay calm and positive in any situation, the coordinator held a workshop for teachers on 3 October 2024 at Gitanjali Devakul.
The speaker emphasised on how to achieve absolute happiness. The session was divided into three different parameters based on emotional quotient, happiness quotient and spiritual quotient. She also explained the first step towards maintaining mental peace, which is to accept one's emotions.
