The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Narasimha Rao a renowned expert in mindfulness and meditation practices from an organization named Bramhakumari Samaj.The session began with an engaging introduction to the importance of meditation in daily life, emphasizing its benefits for reducing stress, improving concentration, and fostering emotional balance.
