Gitanjali Devakul teachers attended a workshop on Use of Artificial Intelligence in Classroom on 31st August 2024.

CBSE Resource Persons gave a thorough introduction to artificial intelligence in the context of education. They emphasised how AI can be seamlessly integrated into educational practises to create a more engaging and effective learning environment.

The interactive discussion on understanding AI was divided into four main areas: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI. She explained each of these concepts with clarity and also gave examples of AI-powered solutions that improve student engagement, automate grading and enable personalised learning.

The session also focussed on the practical applications of AI tools in education, the various AI-powered platforms and tools that help teachers speed up administrative work and provide students with personalised learning experiences.

Overall, this workshop provided a thorough understanding of AI's role in education, its applications, and the challenges that need to be addressed. The guest speakers’ insights and practical advice offered valuable guidance for integrating AI technologies in educational practices.
