Don't let your inner child go, that's where the magic happens. Ahead of the upcoming Children's Day, parents, grandparents, teachers, family and friends alike gathered on Saturday, November 12, to enjoy Gitanjali Vedika's first Children's Day Fete. It was a day filled with an impressive line up of stalls with delicious food, fun games, tons of shopping, music and laughter. Crispy samosas, mouth-watering pani puri and scrumptious Chinese food had everyone smiling. Stalls filled with stationery, books, toys and games kept the children occupied while stalls with clothes, sarees, dupattas, footwear, jewellery and herbal products provided the much needed retail therapy. Adults and children alike engaged in a flurry of games that tickled their competitive spirit. Rounds of cricket, basketball, darts and pin the tail on the horse were some of the games that everyone indulged in. The lucky dip made everyone a winner, and the ramp walk brought out the model in all of us, creating memorable family moments. The day allowed for all members of the community to gather and build a stronger network while enjoying themselves.
