Healthy mind dwells in a healthy body and to keep our body fit we need to eat nutrified food. As we think about nutritious food boiled vegies, sprouts and bitter drinks come to our mind which kids like to avoid. To remediate this and to keep our students healthy and energetic we organized a session for our dear parents on ‘Nutrition Impacts’ with Chef Sachin from IIHM [International Institute of Hotel Management].
It was the Virtual Live session where Chef Sachin cooked three different wholesome healthy dishes within an hour. These were really exotic and tempting.
The expert chef shared quick healthy recipes of a salad, a curry and a smoothie with us to make our cooking as easy as a pie.
Students and parents vowed to carefully and thoughtfully plan out healthy meals for a long-term lifestyle change.
