“Fitness isn’t a seasonal hobby; Fitness is a lifestyle.” Focusing on this, Gitanjali Vedika conducted periodical fitness sessions for the students of grades 2 to 7 during summer holidays. The purpose of training was to tighten up the slack, build a stronger heart, grow healthier bones and muscles, and polish the spirits of our students. This initiative provided kids and teachers with the opportunity to socialise and develop healthy habits. Regular exercise increases memory and concentration which in turn improves their productivity and boosts self-esteem. It teaches them to be dedicated, self-disciplined, and keeps them motivated.
