Building Bridges Through Integrated Education

At Gitanjali Vedika, we believe that every child deserves an environment where they feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Reinforcing this commitment, our faculty participated in an enriching professional development session on Integrated Education led by educational psychologist Ms. Juhi Reddy on 9 July 2026.

The interactive workshop encouraged educators to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity and explore the diverse ways in which children learn, communicate, and engage with the world around them. Rather than focusing solely on challenges, the session highlighted the importance of recognising each learner's unique strengths and creating classrooms that celebrate diversity.

A key message that resonated throughout the session was the need to move beyond labels and embrace curiosity, empathy, and acceptance. Teachers reflected on the importance of understanding the reasons behind learning and behavioural differences, enabling them to provide meaningful support that nurtures confidence, independence, and belonging.

Through practical strategies and thoughtful discussions, the workshop reinforced that by fostering a culture of compassion, flexibility, and intentional teaching, educators can ensure that every learner has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
