The ocean, covering over 70% of Earth's surface, remains one of the most intriguing and mysterious realms on our planet. Its vastness teems with extraordinary marine life, mesmerizing ecosystems, and hidden wonders waiting to be discovered. Recently, students at Gitanjali Vedika had the opportunity to delve into the captivating world of the ocean during an exciting and educational session.

The highlight of the session was our passionate Keynote Speaker Dr. Nimit Kumar, Marine Ecologist, who is a Scientist at INCOIS since 2011. He shared his firsthand experiences and knowledge of the ocean. He recounted enthralling tales of encounters with marine life, research expeditions, and conservation efforts. The students were captivated by his stories and were inspired to consider careers in marine science.
