First day at school is a fun day which students cherish and it was no different at Gitanjali Devashray today. To make it more special and memorable, teachers conducted several icebreaker activities for their students.

Ice breakers are fun activities to help students know one another and also their teachers. They also help students adjust into their new classes and help them make new friends.

Several activities - I am special, making partners, know your friends well, wordle, clap at 5, roll-a-dice, amazing adjectives, find your friend, what’s the good word, whose line is it anyway- were held across the classes.

The first day of school is absolutely one of the most important days of the year. It’s a day students acclimatise with their classes and the teacher sets the tone for the year ahead.
