Gitanjali Vedika, recently organized an informative and engaging session for its students, focusing on the themes of Human Resources and Migration. The session aimed to provide a deeper understanding of these interconnected topics and their significance in today's globalized world.

The session kicked off when our Keynote Speaker Dr. G Vijay Gudavarthy, Assistant Professor, School of Economics, University of Hyderabad gave an explanation of what human resources are, emphasizing that they are not just the workforce but encompass the skills, knowledge, and capabilities individuals bring to an organization or society.

The session then transitioned to the topic of migration. Students were introduced to the concept of people moving from one place to another, either within a country (internal migration) or across borders (international migration). The reasons for migration were explored, including factors like economic opportunities, education, family reunification, and seeking refuge.
