Teachers spend a lot of time caring for others and often neglecting themselves. Taking care of one's emotional health is of utmost importance to be able to provide the most for the students. Keeping this in mind, Gitanjali Vedika organized a session with Mr. Darpan Vasudev, an education strategist, motivational speaker, and skilled self-awareness mentor. The session helped everyone get in touch with their emotions and let out any difficult emotions one carried with them. The session promoted harmony amongst colleagues and insisted on the importance of self care. The teachers danced away their worries and cried out their difficult sentiments. It was a therapeutic session that left everyone with a light heart and a smile on their faces.
