The Pre-Primary students of Gitanjali Vedika celebrated their Mini Sports Day on 21st January. Get set go… The day began with the March Past by the Nursery students. Dressed in colour coded attires, the students participated in various races planned by the teachers. In my father’s clothes, off to school, In and out, Cycle race, Musical chair, Be my friend, Joining hands, and many such races kept the children excited. They displayed well-coordinated rhythmic moves with pom – poms, in the drill. Parents enjoyed the games planned for them. Loud claps and enthusiastic cheer filled the atmosphere with euphoric energy. Grandparents gave away prizes to all the children. The finale was the kite flying time with the children and parents participating together in large numbers. It was a fun filled day for all.
