An orientation programme for the parents of children from grades 1-6 was organised at Gitanjali Devashray. It helped serve as a timely connect among all the stakeholders - the school, parents and teachers - in the efforts towards the common goal of ensuring a well-rounded progress of every child. The teachers informed the parents on what to expect in the coming year. They used this excellent platform to familiarise the parents with the subject teachers, the examination pattern and the co-curricular activities. The importance and crucial role that these foundational years would play for a child was also underlined. The parents were very receptive, interactive and used the opportunity to get all their queries answered.
