On the 9th of June 2025, Gitanjali Vedika School was adorned with the grace of sarees, as Taneira Sarees, renowned for their expertise in traditional attire, conducted an enlightening saree draping workshop. Our Principal Mrs. Sonia Nagpal, was instrumental in getting the event Organised. The event aimed to empower the female teachers of our institution with the art of effortlessly donning this timeless garment for various occasions.

Led by a distinguished team from Taneira Sarees Ms. Jaishree, Ms. Ahan, Ms. Nagamani, and Ms. Monica .The workshop unfolded as a journey through the intricate yet accessible world of saree styling. Participants were guided through innovative draping techniques tailored for daily wear, as well as sophisticated styles suited for weddings and festive gatherings.

The workshop not only celebrated the cultural significance of the saree but also highlighted its versatility as a symbol of grace and tradition. It was a delightful fusion of tradition and modernity, where elegance met practicality in every fold.
