Photographs are the time machines that have the power to take us to a particular moment or be a part of moments long gone. To celebrate the beauty of photography on the occasion of World Photography Day, Gitanjali Vedika held a session for students of grades 6 and 7 with Mr. Harsha, a professional still photographer. Mr. Harsha's seminar was an enriching experience for aspiring photographers seeking to elevate their craft. He provided an insight into the tricks that we can use to be better photographers. The seminar delved into the intricacies of composition and framing, discovering how to use light to their advantage, and harnessing the power of perspective to create visually captivating shots. The question and answer session at the end showcased the wit and interest of our students as they posed technical questions that furthered everyone's understand of photography.
We also recently wrapped up the photography contest conducted for the parents of our school and the enthusiastic participation of the parents was highly appreciated.
