The students of Gitanjali Devshala participated in the Macmillan Young Budding Scientist South Zone Contest at the IIT - Chennai campus. The topic for the competition was -
To apply scientific acumen to real life challenges and provide solutions in the form of a model based on evidential data.
Our school team consisting of Sitaramana R.K, Manvit Jayasimha and Chethan.M, were one among the eight teams selected for the second round and they created the O2 YANTRA -The Future of Air Purification. Proud to say that Gitanjali Devshala secured the THIRD position in the South Zone Round.
Through this, the students aim to replicate the positive effects of trees in a shorter time frame and with minimal space requirement, contributing to a more sustainable and oxygen-rich environment.
